Found the perfect apartment to enjoy Cabo Frio with your family! Totally renovated, the accommodation features 3 bedrooms (one of them a suite), a shared bathroom, equipped kitchen, TV room, and washing machine. The building is right in front of Praia do Forte, has a parking space, and a pool. In other words, everything you need for a wonderful stay in Cabo Frio.

We have prepared this apartment so you can enjoy your time in Cabo Frio with comfort and practicality. The apartment is ready to welcome your family with all the necessary items: bed linens, towels, hairdryer, kitchen utensils, dishes, and cutlery. Bed linens and bath towels are provided at no additional cost.

To help you explore Cabo Frio and the region, we offer a Doblô with a capacity for seven people. You can enjoy it for R$ 249 per day or book it for six days or more for just R$ 199 per day. (Please consult us for conditions.)

According to the condominium rules, you must send us in advance the names and identification numbers of all people staying, as they will receive an identification wristband for security control. Visitors or anyone not registered as a guest at check-in will not be allowed access to the apartment. The apartment includes two parking spaces. To use them, please provide us in advance with the license plates and models of your vehicles so we can authorize them at the building's front desk.

Here’s everything you’ll find in the apartment: 3 suites accommodating a total of 10 people (adults + children), with the following setup:

The house does not have a garage - however there are two alternatives for parking your car: rotating parking on the street in front of the house (it is safe, it costs R$2 per hour from 9 to 20) or you can also use one of the three private parking lots nearby which has a daily rate of R$40.

The house is designed so that two couples can enjoy the city in complete comfort - however it can be used by families with children and/or babies - there are two bedrooms with double beds. We provide sheets, blankets, pillows and towels.
