The entire lower area of the house is available for rent, including: • 3 bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed, ensuite bathroom with shower and toilet, and air conditioning • An additional guest toilet in the living area • A cozy living area with a TV and dining table • A fully equipped kitchen inviting you to cook • A practical laundry room • An optional extra bed for children (on request) • A safe and very quiet beachfront location in the Tucuns district (about a 15-minute drive to the city center of Buzios) • The outdoor area includes a large garden (fenced), a swimming pool, a barbecue, sun beds, and a chill area with a sofa and table • Parking is available on the property or in front of the house Please note that the house is not suitable for small children (without supervision) due to pool access and a steep staircase. The entire lower floor of the house, including all areas, is for rent. The room on the upper floor is closed.
