The house does not have a garage - however there are two alternatives for parking your car: rotating parking on the street in front of the house (it is safe, it costs R$2 per hour from 9 to 20) or you can also use one of the three private parking lots nearby which has a daily rate of R$40.

The house is designed so that two couples can enjoy the city in complete comfort - however it can be used by families with children and/or babies - there are two bedrooms with double beds. We provide sheets, blankets, pillows and towels.

In the heart of the neighborhood - Praça dos Ossos - there are cafes, restaurants and access to the charming Praia dos Ossos. It is a very quiet place and close to several points of interest: Praia da Azeda, Praia de João Fernandes and Orla Bardot - a beautiful promenade that offers great bars and restaurants, and which leads to Rua das Pedras in just 15 minutes. foot. - Check in and check out times are flexible in a range of few hours. If you need to arrive Before 10 am or leave after 4 pm, you will need to book the previous or following night.

- The restaurant next door provides breakfast, lunch and dinner at special prices for our guests. You will receive after booking.

- Electricity and water consumption will be charged separately. When checking in, a photo will be taken of the meters in your presence, which will be compared with the reading when you leave to determine consumption.

- Electricity will be charged at R$1.40 per Kw, and water at R$20 per cubic meter.

- Please indicate the exact number of guests who will occupy the house considering adults and children of any age

- Visits or accommodation by people not specified at the time of booking are not permitted

- No events or parties are allowed. Please respect quiet hours from 10pm until 9am.

- Please be aware that the pool is not fenced, which may pose a risk to unaccompanied children.
